About This Race
The Independence Day Run is a 4th of July celebration race held at Fox River Park in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The wooded trail course winds through forest canopy with elevation changes and offers Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, ruck, and free kids' distances. The event includes a post-race fresh fruit bar, custom woodle awards, and supports the Silver Circle Foundation.

Awards
Top overall male and female in each distance receive a custom award; top 3 male and female in 5-year age groups receive a custom woodle; every participant receives a magnet woodle finisher keepsake. Average Joe & Jane awards go to the mid-pack finishers.
