About This Race
The Rhythm of the Heart 5K Run & Walk is a new event kicking off the City of Loves Park's 4th annual Rhythm of the Heart Music Festival. The course winds through original neighborhoods, the Field of Honor, and past Loves Park murals with a glimpse of the Rock River. All registration fees support Christmas for Kids, a local nonprofit benefiting children in the Harlem School District. All participants receive a finishers medal.

Awards to the Top 3 overall male and female finishers; Top 3 in each age group (1-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and up); all participants receive a finishers medal.

Packet Pickup
Race packets can be picked up Wednesday July 22 from 1-7pm and Friday July 24 from 1-7pm (location TBD), and on race day at City Hall starting one hour before the race (6:30am).
