About This Race
The Here and Now Project 5K for Today is the seventh annual hybrid 5K run, walk, and roll benefiting the paralysis community. The in-person event takes place August 9 at Rogers High School in Puyallup, Washington, continuing on the Nathan Chapman Trail, with a virtual option offered August 9-16. Proceeds support the Here and Now Project's outreach to newly injured people, support groups, recreational activities, and gatherings.
