About This Race
The Etowah River Park Summer Classic is a family-friendly 5K/10K race in Canton, Georgia, hosted by Cherokee Run Club. The event features a fast, flat USATF-certified course built for PRs, a 10K club/team competition with a cash prize purse, live DJ and MC, and free race photography. Participants receive a premium tri-blend race t-shirt and post-race refreshments. The 10K offers a prize purse for top male and female finishers as well as team awards.

Top 3 Overall Male & Female Finishers, Masters (40+) first male & female, and top 3 male & female in age groups 18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69. 10K cash prize purse for top three male and female finishers and team awards.
Race Weekend Logistics
Packet Pickup
Early packet pickup Wednesday August 5 (5-7 PM) at Etowah River Park Amphitheater, and Thursday August 6 (4-7 PM) at Fleet Feet Canton; race-day pickup opens 5:45 AM near the stage.
