About This Race
The 2nd Annual Apex Halloween Hustle 5k and Minion Mile returns with a festive Halloween route for the spooky season. The 5k covers 3.1 miles of changing scenery starting from the City Rec Department, through the woods, past Castle Playground and the East Carrollton soccer fields to a turnaround at the Log Cabin. The event features decorations, festive Halloween music, a costume contest, fog machines, free cotton candy and popcorn, and custom medals. It is a Peachtree qualifying race welcoming all fitness levels from first-time 5k runners to experienced athletes.

Awards
Top 3 in 5-year age groups: 12 groups per gender (Teenage division, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+). Best dressed costume prizes.
