About This Race

The London Strong "Set Your Dreams" 5K Run/Walk is hosted by the London Strong Foundation in Grand Blanc, Michigan. The foundation was created in memory of London Eisenbeis, who died from Long QT heart condition, and raises awareness of heart conditions while funding AED placement and CPR/AED training in the community. The event has partnered with Tommy's Heart to provide free heart screenings for participants.
