About This Race
The Hopkins Raspberry Run is Minnesota's fastest open road mile, organized by the Twin Cities Track Club Foundation. The event offers a five mile and a one mile race and is free for all youth ages 13 and under who pre-register through the 'Kids Run Free' program. Runners who register by July 5th are guaranteed a tee shirt.

Raspberry Run - 5 Mile
The Course follows the traditional route around Shady Oak Lake before finishing on Main Street where you'll be greeted by thousands of cheering supporters on the parade route for the Hopkins Raspberry Festival.
The course cut off for the 5 mile race is 12:30!!! You will be asked to step off the course if you are not done by 12:30. Please pace yourself accordingly.
The 5 mile race starts on Main Street between 13th Ave and 14th Ave.

Raspberry Run - 1 Mile Open
Flat, fast course straight down Main Street with a shared finish for the 5-Mile. Scholarships are available for youth 13 & under to run for FREE. The start line for the mile is at Shady Oak and Main Street. This course is USATF certified.
The first wave starts at 12:00 noon and is only for those participating in the USATF MN Race Circuit. The second wave starts at 12:10pm and is for everyone racing that is not a part of a USATF team.

Raspberry Run - USATF/Elite Wave
This wave is ONLY for those racing in the USATF MN race circuit or that, if male, ran under 5:00 minutes or if female, ran under 6:00 minutes in the 2024 or 2025 Raspberry Run or otherwise have permission from the race directors to run in this wave. USATF Racers must have a USATF membership to race in this wave.
