About This Race

The Greensboro Half Marathon, 5K, and 1 Mile is a fall road race held in the heart of Greensboro, North Carolina, designed to be the fastest half marathon course inside the city limits via a two-loop route. The event is part of the North Carolina Road Mega Medal Series, and post-race festivities include vendors, music, food, and beer. There is no race-day registration.
