About This Race

Four on the Fourth is the inaugural 4-mile race in the heart of Lake Nona, Orlando, FL, held on July 4, 2026. The course is longer than a 5K but more approachable than a 10K and is professionally chip-timed. Participants receive a gender-specific tank top, a commemorative finisher medal, and a cooling towel, with on-course entertainment, post-race refreshments, and a costume contest.
