About This Race

The Heroes Run is a community-based benefit race at the Pompano Beach Pier in Pompano Beach, Florida, with all proceeds donated to nonprofits supporting the mental health of South Florida's first responders. The event features a certified 10K and 5K, a 1 Mile Fun Run, and a free Community Kids Run. It includes finisher medals, improved finisher shirts, an after party at The Lucky Fish, and pre- and post-race beach yoga.

Packet Pickup

Packet pickup Tuesday 11/25 3-7pm at Runners Depot Coral Springs, Friday 11/27 3-7pm at Pompano Beach Ocean Rescue HQ, or race morning at the registration tent.
