About This Race
River's Edge Endurance Challenge is the 8th annual trail race in Brunswick, Maryland, sponsored by the Brunswick High School Athletic Boosters as a fundraiser for the Track and Field program. The event offers three in-person options on the River's Edge Trail System: a 3.1 mile (5K) loop, a 3 hour challenge, and a 6 hour challenge. It serves as a trainer race for runners preparing for the JFK 50 Miler and other ultras, drawing local weekend warriors and elite endurance athletes.
