There will only be two sections.

Prize money to the top men's and women's teams: 🥇 $200 | 🥈 $80 | 🥉 $40 The Distance Medley Relay is composed of four legs: the 1200, 400, 800 and 1600 You must be able to maintain a 6:00 pace overall (15:00 total) time 3 Sections: Section 1: Mixed teams (Men, Women and Nonbinary together) Section 2: Womens Section 3: Mens For mixed team: you can have any mix of runners in any order.
