About This Race
The 12th Annual Independence Day race at Champoeg State Park in St. Paul, Oregon offers a Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K starting at 8:00am on July 4th, 2026. The course runs on paved bike paths and park roads along the Willamette River, with the Half Marathon being a double loop of the 10K out-and-back course. Participants enjoy post-race food including hot dogs and watermelon, a complimentary beer or cider, and live music.
