About This Race

Lizzy's 9th Annual Walk of Faith 5K Walk/Run is a charity event held at Bethel Park in Columbia, Missouri, honoring Lizzy and other families who have battled childhood cancer. The event features entertainers, food vendors, and family activities alongside the 5K. Proceeds support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, several children's hospitals, and Lizzy's Walk of Faith Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. A virtual 5K option is also offered.
