About This Race
The Park 2 Park 5 Miler is a Fourth of July 5 mile run in Normal, IL that starts at 7AM sharp. The race originated in 1985 as the Intercity 10K and was changed to a 5 mile run, with the Lake Run club making the course accurate in 1993. The event has grown to approximately 500 runners. Three water stations are provided on the course.

Award Categories: Overall Male/Female, Top 3 Male/Female in each age group - 14&Und, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+. No awards ceremony; awards available near the finish line beginning at 8:00AM.
Race Weekend Logistics
Packet Pickup
Early pickup available 4:30PM-6PM on July 3rd at 305 S Linden Street in Normal, or at Fairview Park on race morning 6:00AM-6:45AM.
