About This Race

The CHKD RunWalk for the Kids is the 20th annual run/walk at Waterside District in Norfolk, VA benefiting CHKD. Participants choose a 5K, 2-Mile Walk, or virtual option, and every registrant receives an event shirt, medal, and goody bag. The event includes a Kids Zone, food tent, a DJ, and a superhero cape costume theme. The 5K is timed by Flat Out Events.

Awards

Packet pickup Aug 27 12:00-5:30 PM at Running Etc. (Virginia Beach), Aug 28 12:00-6:00 PM at Blue Moon Taphouse (Waterside District, Norfolk), and Race Day 7AM at Blue Moon Taphouse back patio.
