About This Race
Four on the Fourth is a 4 mile race that starts at 8 a.m. on July 4 at McDougle Middle School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The USATF certified course begins in front of the school, winds through Carrboro's neighborhoods, and finishes on the McDougle track. It is the first race in the Le Tour de Carrboro race series and features hand made pottery awards crafted by local artist Janet Resnik.

Hydration Support
There will be water stops at mile 2 and mile 3.
Awards
Awards to the top 3 male and female winners in Open and Masters (40+) and 5-year age groups up to 80+. Athena (female, 160+ lbs) and Clydesdale (male, 220+ lbs) category awards. Unique pottery awards crafted by local artist Janet Resnik.

Race Weekend Logistics
Packet Pickup
In-person registration and bib pickup at Fleet Feet in Carrboro on Friday, July 3, from 12-6:30 pm. Race day pickup at McDougle, 6:30-7:45 am.
