About This Race
π Every Step Honors a Life
Living with depression, anxiety, or other mental health challenges can be overwhelming, and the pain of losing a loved one to suicide can leave a lasting impact. No one should have to face those struggles alone.
The semicolon in Life;Story represents a pause not an ending. It serves as a powerful reminder that even in life's darkest moments, there is hope, healing, and another chapter waiting to be written.
The Second Annual Suicide Prevention 5K Run for JuJu is more than a race it's a movement of hope, healing, remembrance, and community.
Hosted by The Forsythe Foundation β Reboot with JuJu, this event brings together survivors, families, friends, advocates, and community members to raise awareness for mental health, promote suicide prevention, honor the lives of those we've lost, and remind those who are struggling that they are never alone.
Whether you are running in memory of someone you love, walking in support of a friend or family member, Whether you join us in person or virtually, youβll be part of a meaningful experience that uplifts those impacted by suicide and celebrates the courage it takes to keep going.
Enjoy community partners and resource organizations, mental health and wellness information, family-friendly activities, giveaways, an official race T-shirt (while supplies last), a finisher medal, post-race refreshments, and meaningful opportunities to connect with others who believe that every life matters.
Every step makes a difference. Every step honors a life.
