About This Race

The Valley 4th RUN is a Fourth of July race through the streets of downtown Harrisonburg, Virginia, offering 1.5 mile, 5K, and 10K distances. It is the only chip-timed race in the Shenandoah Valley that lets participants pick their distance. The finish line features an optional 40 ft. inflatable slip 'n slide. Wheelchair racers and strollers are welcomed.

Packet Pickup

July 3 from 2-7pm: packet pickup at Pale Fire Brewing. Walkup registration ($5 price increase) available. No race day packet pickup.
