Swim-Bike-Run Relay Team
Super Sprint Relay consists of a swimmer - biker - runner. A team can be made up of 2 or 3 athletes. *Relays will compete on the long course. Long Course Distance: 200 yard swim, 6 mile bike (6Laps), 2 mile run (2Laps) *Relay teams may even break up the multiple laps of the bike or run as needed.
