About This Race
The Blue Crab Bolt at Little Bennett is a 5K and 10K trail run in Little Bennett Regional Park in Clarksburg, Maryland. The courses follow twisty singletrack hiking trails with challenging hills and stream-side running through a 3600 acre wooded park 30 miles west of D.C. The 5K course, at 3.7 miles, is the most beginner-friendly in the Blue Crab Bolt series.
