About This Race
A trail run at Lake Chabot Regional Park in Castro Valley, CA. The course starts at the Marina and travels around the popular Lake Chabot reservoir and surrounding hills, making it a great course for first-time trail runners. Distances range from 8K to 50K with cupless, fully-stocked aid stations every 4-5 miles.

Hydration Support
Fully-stocked aid stations every 4 - 5 miles with fresh fruit, salty snacks, assorted candy, water, and Skratch electrolyte sports drink. Cupless event; bring your own container.
Awards
Top 3 male and female overall winners of every distance win an award and race credits to future Coastal races (1st $50, 2nd $35, 3rd $20). Top three finishers in each age group and gender receive award medals.
Race Weekend Logistics
Packet Pickup
Race Day: Check-in beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Lake Chabot Regional Park - Marina. Please arrive 45min before your event to receive your bib and shirt.
