About This Race

The Rising is a 5K and 10K run hosted by the Oviedo Run Club in Oviedo, Florida, with a kids' fun run under a mile. The out-and-back course begins at the Historic Sanctuary at First United Methodist Church and follows the Cross Seminole Trail. The event raises money for local charities such as HopeHelps, Inc. and The Oviedo Preservation Project and is committed to being a green event.
