Salt Creek 24

Perhaps the solo option isn’t your cup of tea? We’re excited to offer a relay team option! Grab some of your favorite active friends and create a team of 2-12 people, taking turns making the 1.3 mile race loop. Make it an opportunity to gather, support and celebrate one another’s accomplishments and see just what your team is made of!

We can’t wait to see who’s brave enough to try our Last Runner Standing event! In this event, racers will summit Striped Peak (3.7 mile out and back with 1,000 feet elevation gain!) each hour, on the hour, until all racers have dropped out - the one that sticks it out the longest is our winner! If you finish before the hour is up, that is how long you get to rest (and graze in the aid station!) If there is more than one runner left at hour 24, one last lap will be completed and the fastest runner will win. The course is an out-and-back on single-track trail with beautiful views, including the summit! If you plan to have a pacer who is not a member of your relay team join you in the pacer timeframe of midnight and 6am, you must purchase a pacer bib. The bib includes access for your pacer to the food stations during their time on the course. One pacer per individual runner is allowed. Members of the same relay team may run together between these hours, but only one team member will accumulate laps (and relay team members do not need a pacer bib)

Youth 12 and under reduced price race entry. This is for their own race or for pacing with their parents at any time of day (not just night hours).

Not ready to tackle 24 hours? Give it a go for 12 hours! It will all be the same as the 24-hour race: you can come and go off the course as you like, or stop at any time. Or go the entire time! But the timing cutoff will be 12 hours, followed by Podium Party at 9pm.
