About This Race
Neptune’s 8K Race is a beginner-friendly road race along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront with a fast and flat course offering ocean views. The race starts and finishes at 31st Street and Atlantic Avenue. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Virginia Beach Lifeguard Association. Runners receive a Neptune Festival t-shirt, a finisher medal, and a post-race party in 31st Street Park.
