About This Race

The SpeakUp5k is an annual celebration of teen mental health held at Byrd Park in Richmond, VA, with a virtual participation option. Created by Cameron, the experience features fun zones along the course and the iconic Quote Alley with quotes from Cameron's journals, ending with a festive post-race party at the finish line. The event benefits the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation and is well suited for teams of all kinds.
