Join us to celebrate America! Runners and Walkers are all welcome!! Participants are encouraged to dress in red, white, and blue! Get the entire family involved and register for either the RWB 5K Run, Uncle Sam's 1 Mile Walk, or our free Stars and Stripes Kids' Dash (50 yards)!  Participants are encouraged to dress in costume to celebrate our Independence! Uncle Sam's 1 Mile walk and Stars and Stripes Kids' Dash are untimed events.

Race Info:

• RWB race begins at 7:00am
• Uncle Sam's 1 Mile Walk begins at 7:30am
• Stars and Stripes Kids' (50 yards) Dash begins at 8:05am right up from the finish line
• Runners and walkers are all WELCOME!
• Animals are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Service animals as recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on course. Those participating with a service animal must inform staff at bib pickup and are asked to begin at the back of the race for safety purposes.
• Baby joggers, baby strollers, skate boards, roller blades, unauthorized bicycles or any other wheeled device are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Wheelchairs, mobility aids, etc. as recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on course. Those participating with a recognized device must inform staff at bib pickup and are asked to begin at the back of the race for safety purposes.
• No water stop on course!

• RWB 5K and 1 Mile Walk-Participant Shirt (while supplies last)
• RWB 5K and 1 Mile Walk-Participant Medal
• RWB 5K, 1 Mile Walk, and Kids' Dash Race Bib
• Kids' Dash-Finisher gift
• Kids' Dash-option to purchase t-shirt during registration (limited quantities)

Registration:

• Registration is only available online
• Registration closes Friday, July 3 at 5:00am
• Stars and Stripes Dash is free but participants must register online

Packet Pickup Information:

• Thursday, July 2 from 4:00-6:00pm at Native Sons (1519 Executive Avenue, MB 29577)
• Friday, July 3 from 6:00-6:45am at in the grassy area beside Crooked Hammock

Parking:

• Crooked Hammock/Greg Norman’s parking lot
• Surrounding lots in Barefoot Landing

Restrooms:

• Public restrooms across from Taco Mundo
• Public restrooms beside the sand courts and playground at Lulu's

• Overall Masters Male and Female 1 place
