About This Race
Experience a meaningful and energizing 3.0-mile walk/run through the beautiful White River State Park in celebration of health, community, and culture. Honoring Juneteenth—a day that recognizes Black freedom, resilience, and excellence—This celebration is proudly dedicated to highlighting and honoring the many FREE physical and mental health groups that serve the Indianapolis community at no cost, ensuring access, support, and wellness for all.
Begin the day with guided pre-run yoga and intentional warm-ups to prepare your body and mind. Also welcome our local speakers and advocates who are here to discuss mental health in the black community. Throughout the race, enjoy engaging activities featuring local vendors, delicious food, and music. As you run through the scenic downtown pathways, take in the inspiring views, positive energy, and cultural pride surrounding you.
Following the race, join us for line dance lessons, movement sessions, and opportunities to connect with others in a welcoming, uplifting environment.
Join us as we run, move, and celebrate together.
