About This Race
The Main Street Half Marathon & 4 Miler is held in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, with the half marathon starting at the Red Mill Museum in Clinton and the 4 Miler near Annandale. Both courses run on scenic country roads and finish at Hunterdon Medical Center, followed by a finish line party. The event supports the Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center and includes a weekend expo and a kids' Superhero Sprint.
