About This Race
Join us on Saturday, October 2nd, 2026 for the Sorghum Shuffle in beautiful downtown Springfield. This 5K event is the toughest race in the Tri-County Trifecta with the Pokey Pig 5K in Lebanon and the Spirit 5K in Bardstown.
Sorghum Shuffle Swag
Participants will receive a Sorghum Shuffle T-shirt if registered by September 21, 2026 (t-shirts are not available after the deadline to order)
The Sorghum Shuffle is part of the United Way Tri-County Trifecta along with the United Way Spirit 5k in Bardstown and The Pokey Pig 5K in Lebanon. Complete all three events and receive extra swag for your accomplishment. The Tri-County Trifecta is sponsored by your Tri-County Kentucky United Way.
Packet Pickup
Saturday, October 2nd, 2026 beginning at 6:30 am at the start/finish line in front of the Main Stage on Main Street Springfield.

$20 Individuals on or before September 21, 2026
$25 Individuals after September 21, 2026
Kids age 9 and under run FREE (no t-shirt is available with this entry)

Top overall Male & Female Finishers
Top Male & Female Finisher in these age categories:
12 and under, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-55, 56 and over.
