About This Race

The Do Hard Things 5k Run/Walk & 9.11-Mile Run or Ruck takes place at Cooper's Landing in Columbia, MO. Participants choose between a 5k run/walk or a 9.11 Mile Run or Ruck challenge, where ruckers carry 10 or more pounds on their backs. The event honors first responders and Veterans, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Veterans Community Project.
