About This Race
Run Ocean Isle Beach 2026 is a Coastal Race Productions event in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, offering a half marathon, 10K, 5K, and 1 mile. The half marathon and 10K courses cross the intracoastal waterway bridge for scenic island views before returning to the mainland finish. All finishers receive a Big Ass Medal, and the event is part of the BAM! Race Series with a post-race party featuring BBQ, beer, and a DJ.
