Parking is available at the nearby Rockport Park and Ride (@ 1 mile away) : Rockport Park and Ride 124 Main St Rockport, MA 01966 Free shuttle buses will bring participants from the Park and Ride to the starting line. Shuttles available 7:00am - 11:30am. Shuttles available for participants only. Some additional parking (150 parking spots) is available at the start/finish line: Rockport High School 24 Jerdens Lane Rockport, MA 01966 Parking is also available near the Rockport Train Station and Evans Field (@ 1 mile away). Rockport Train Station 17 Railroad Ave. Rockport, MA 01966 Additional street parking is available with the Passport Parking App. At all on-street metered parking spaces residents and visitors may use the Passport app to pay for their parking session. The Passport app lets you pay for parking without needing to put coins into the meters, sends you alerts when your time is about to expire, and lets you add additional time to a session (within the allowed time frame for a given spot). https://www.passportparking.com/ 5K race bib # and race shirt pick-up is on race day only from 7:00am – 8:15am. No early birds, please. Bag check is not available. Please plan accordingly. School is closed - no entry. AID STATIONS: 5K Race An aid station with water will be available near mile 2. Water and refreshments will be served at the finish as well. Award medals are given to the top three M/F in each age group. Overall, 19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79. Be sure to visit the tent to pick up your award before you leave (There will not be an awards ceremony). Awards will not be mailed and are not available at any other time. Per USATF rules, gun times are used for scoring. Be sure to visit the tent to pick up your purchased merchandise before you leave. Merchandise will not be mailed and is not available at any other time. Finisher medals to all finishers. The roads are open to traffic. The local Police Department will help monitor traffic.
