Take on the 5K Beach Ruck along the Galveston shoreline. March at your own pace or push the pace and race for place! Standard ruck guidelines apply: 20 lb ruck for participants under 150 lbs bodyweight and 30 lb ruck for participants over 150 lbs (not including food or water). Finishers earn an event shirt, medal, and get to enjoy the beach festival with music, food trucks, and island vibes.

Teams of 2–5 runners will tackle the island in relay format, exchanging runners approximately every 10K along the Galveston shoreline. Each leg delivers miles of open beach, ocean views, and steady Gulf breezes as your team works its way down the coast toward the finish line festival. Whether you're racing another team or simply sharing an unforgettable day on the Texas coast with friends, the 50K Relay is all about teamwork, adventure, and island miles.
