About This Race
The 9th Annual Freedom Fighter 5K and Lil' Firecracker Kids Dash is held on Independence Day at Bergfeld Park in Tyler, Texas. The patriotic, family-friendly event lets participants run or walk, and all 5K runners receive commemorative race swag and a finisher medal. A portion of race proceeds is donated to Operation True North to support military families.
