About This Race
The 4th Annual Heroes 4 Hearing 5K is an inspiring charity race presented by the HearAid Foundation at the scenic Shoreline Aquatic Park in Long Beach, California. This meaningful fundraiser celebrates heroes who have overcome hearing loss while raising funds to provide the gift of hearing to financially disadvantaged individuals of all ages. The race course offers a spectacular route through the marina and along the shore with beautiful views of the iconic Queen Mary. Participants can choose from multiple options including the 5K run, Kids Dash, or Virtual 5K, making it accessible to all fitness levels and families. The HearAid Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization based in Newport Beach, focuses on immediate assistance with minimal bureaucracy, helping infants, children, adults, and elderly individuals who cannot afford hearing aids. Every finisher receives a medal and t-shirt, with additional refreshments and race photos included.
