The Irvington Community Council is proud to host the Pleasant Run Run on the streets of historic Irvington. Join us for the return of this east side tradition, running for over 40 years!

Run for fun at the Pleasant Run Run with three distances to choose from! Our courses take you through the tree-lined streets of north Irvington, showcasing the neighborhood's dense urban canopy and public spaces along Pleasant Run Creek. 

• The Classic 5-mile The race that's been running since 1942, take part in Indy history. Must be able to complete at a 16 minute/mile pace or faster.
• The 5k for all Race your heart out or take your time on this 3.1 mile route
• NEW FOR 2026 8-mile Take on the new 8-miler to be the first to set a new record for our event! Must be able to complete at a 11 minute/mile pace or faster

Kids' Dash - Free for kids 12 and under, race around North Irving Circle
