Description

Welcome to Severance's 1st Severance Glow 5K run/walk. A night run where everyone is encouraged to dress in glow in the dark material or with glow sticks! We will provide lighting on the course, a fun DJ at the start/finish line, and some glow sticks to "self decorate" before the race, but feel free to bring as many glow sticks and glow-in-the dark accessories as you'd like! The after party will have both Non-alcoholic as well as alcoholic beer/seltzers provided by High Country Beverage. 

The 5k course will begin at the west baseball field at the Severance Community park, it will follow the Great Western Trail and down Ponderosa to Rangeview Elementary School and back to the Community Park.  We will start at 8:15pm. 

This year, we are excited to partner with Severance Middle School and their cross-country team.  A portion of the proceeds and donations from Severance Glow 5K will be going to help fund a new cross-country popup tent!   

The race is professionally timed with chipped race bib and participants get to choose between the Severance Days 5k hat or this year's short sleeve performance t-shirt. A photographer will be along the course to take race day photos.
