Unfortunately, this program has been CANCELLED due to low enrollment a/o 06/13/22. **************************************************************************************************************** For students entering grades 6–8-- Morning Session In this two-week, half-day program, campers will learn 3D modeling skills by designing with computer-aided design (CAD) then 3D printing! The supportive environment of this camp is structured to allow students to jump right in without needing any prior understanding of 3D modeling, 3D printing or laser cutting. The course will have a tiered project structure that allows advanced students to continue building new skills. All software and hardware will be provided. Students will work with Tinkercad, Onshape and the Adobe suite, and then explore both the Glowforge laser cutter and our 3D printers! Science and summer camp enthusiast Mr. Navin looks forward to continuing the Maker Series with this focus on Fabrication in 2022! Rising 6th – 8th graders may join either the morning or afternoon session of this camp.
