Skyhawks Track & Field Camp was developed to introduce young athletes to this sport rich in tradition and history. These programs combine technical development and fundamental techniques with safety and a major focus on fun while introducing young athletes to many Olympic-style events! Our new summer camp curriculum combines your kids favorite Skyhawks Games with our new workouts (flexibility, agility, endurance, skills) to create a fun and active camp for your child. Our development objectives include sport specific fundamentals along with footspeed, jumping, flexibility, range of motion, coordination, endurance and self-esteem. We are closely following CDC/SCC guidelines and have created new safety protocols to ensure a safe summer camps environment where kids can get some exercise and develop their skills during this time of COVID-19. Participants should bring appropriate clothing, athletics shoes, sunscreen, snacks, water bottle, hand sanitizer, towel, and face covering.
