Pat's Run 2021, presented by TEKsystems, is the signature fundraiser for the Pat Tillman Foundation's Tillman Scholars program. Instead of an in-person event like years past, this year's race will take place virtually to prioritize the health and safety of our runners and walkers, our volunteers and our community.

While we're disappointed that COVID-19 continues to prevent us from taking over the streets of Tempe, our community remains strong, running and walking 4.2 miles together virtually to honor Pat's legacy across the globe by raising funds to support our Tillman Scholars program.We have also learned a lot from the 2020 virtual Pat's Run, and our focus is on delivering the same spirited, family-friendly event experience, no matter where you run.

Race Details

• Distance: Run or walk 4.2 miles (.42 miles for the Kids' Race)


• 
  Date: Pat's Run is a virtual event and will take place on April 24, 2021 at 7:05 a.m. MT, but for maximum flexibility, we're giving all participants a three-day window (April 23–25) to complete their 4.2 miles 
  


• Where: Wherever you'd like! While we are disappointed not to be in Tempe with our 30,000 best friends, we can still honor Pat and the Tillman Scholars in our own communities.

Registration Details

• Registration: Registration is $39 on Jan. 12 only. After Jan. 12, registration increases to $42. 


• Kid's Race: The Kid's Race is back too—kids get their own special t-shirt and a participation ribbon.

  Tillman Honor Runs: Register on this site for Tillman Honor Runs sponsored by Arizona State University Alumni Association—we have events in 13 cities, each socially distanced with a cap of 50 runners

• The Pat's Run Challenge Series: We're thrilled to announce our Pat's Run Challenge Series. Register for all three in a bundle and save on our virtual 10K, with a submission window of Aug. 14-24, and our second 42 in 40 Challenge, which takes place Oct. 3 - Nov. 11.

  T-shirts: All runners—kids, Tillman Honor Runs, adults—will receive a Pat's Run 2021 t-shirt on San Mar's high-quality sport-tech

  Medals: Adults and Tillman Honor Run participants will also receive a Pat's Run 2021 medal, sponsored by American Family Insurance
  


• 
  Bib: We will send bibs to Kids Race participants, as well as adult runners who register directly with Pat's Run. We will not provide bibs to Tillman Honor Run participants 
  


• 
  Add-ons: We have two exclusive add-ons to purchase this year: our annual iconic tee, sponsored by Bella + Canvas and a 4.2 car magnet—and you can only get them when you register for Pat's Run
  

Mailing

We learned a lot from last year's challenges with distributing race items, so we've made a few improvements to our process: 

• Mail tracking: You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your packet ships so you can see where it is


• Shipping early: While we cannot make any guarantees, we plan to begin shipping race packets in March for delivery before Pat's Run on April 24. 


• Shipping costs: Shipping and handling will be a flat fee: $6 in the U.S., $11 CAN / MX and $20 elsewhere in the world

About Pat's Run

Now in its 17th year, Pat's Run, presented by TEKsystems, celebrates the legacy of Pat Tillman and supports the Pat Tillman Foundation. Funds from Pat's Run help the foundation unite and empower our community of nearly 700 Tillman Scholars, remarkable veterans and military spouses who carry on Pat's commitment to service beyond self and embody his values of service, scholarship, humble leadership and impact.
