About This Race
The Old Plank Sunset Half Marathon is Sheboygan County only half marathon, featuring a unique evening start time that allows runners to experience a spectacular sunset during their race. This prestigious event serves as the 2025 Road Runners Club of America Wisconsin State Half Marathon Championship, adding extra significance and awards to an already special race. The point-to-point course follows the scenic Old Plank Road Trail from the Quit Qui Oc Sports Complex in Plymouth to the finish at the Sports Core in Kohler, with the sun setting behind runners as they complete the 13.1-mile journey. Organized by the inclusive Sheboygan County Shoreline Striders Running Club, this evening race offers exceptional support with six water stations, GU gels, multiple aid stations, and comprehensive race amenities. The combination of paved blacktop surface, stunning sunset views, and championship-level organization makes this a truly unique racing experience in Wisconsin running community.

Overall male and female winners, top 3 finishers in six age groups (19 and under through 60+), plus additional RRCA State Championship awards
