About This Race
Run Mahomet is the 31st annual race weekend benefiting the Mahomet Area Youth Club (MAYC). It offers a 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 7am, plus a Main Street Mile on Friday evening. The 5K and Half Marathon are USATF certified, the course is primarily flat and fast, and chip timing is provided by It's Racetime.

Top 3 M/F Overall and Top 3 M/F in each age group (10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over) for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon.

Race Weekend Logistics
Packet Pickup
Drive through packet pick-up; local runners encouraged to pick up Friday. Travelers may pick up on-site race day Saturday from 5:30 to 6:45 am at Mahomet-Seymour High School.
