Description

Open to the entire community, the 13th Annual UTEP Miner Dash (5K Run/3K Walk) and Family Fitness Fiesta is organized by the Department of Kinesiology, the College of Health Sciences, and the UTEP Wellness Program for the El Paso community, and brings awareness to the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

The 5K Run and 3K Walk routes traverse the beautiful UTEP campus with its distinctive Bhutanese-styled architecture. Runners, walkers and people in wheelchairs of all ages can participate.

Proceeds from the event benefit the ongoing programs developed by the UTEP Kinesiology Department, among others.
