We are so excited to announced the 2nd Annual Mommy Dash Run/Walk to Benefit Sparrow's Nest and our 2017 Team Sparrow Run. This year we are super pumped to be adding a 10K to our race day! In addition to the 10K, we will also have a 5K and a kid fun run (1/2 mile). Strollers and dogs are welcome. 

Race day registration will begin at 7 am. Kid Fun Run will start at 8:00 am and the 5K/10K will begin at 8:30 am. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place males and females (ages 13 and up)

We will have vendors and tons of fun- can't wait to see you there!

The Mommy Dash official race shirts are available for $18 (kids and unisex fit) and $20 (women's fit). All sizes available...shirt orders will be taken through May 7th. Registrations after May 7th cannot add on shirts. Shirts will be given out at packet pick up (June 3) or the morning of the race. Wide headbands are also available here for $8- check out our sayings- they're pretty amazing!
