Description
Join Gunter Police Department for a Memorial Day Challenge on Monday, May 29, 2023 at 9:00am. Enjoy a Murph-style challenge and a chance to win a Texas-size winner medal. Overall male and female, three deep, will get a unique medal with 1st, 2nd, or 3th place displayed.
**Gunter’s First Memorial Day Challenge!!**
Our Memorial Day Challenge will be based off the CrossFit challenge called “The Murph”. Since this is being offered to our community, our challenge will be ½ mile run, 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 150 air squats, and another ½ mile to finish. There is no time limit!
Proceeds benefit the Friends of Gunter Police Department.
