Days: Mondays Dates: beginning March 13th, 20th, Skip 27th, Feb 3, 10th, 17th, 24, May 1st, MAY 8TH- Last class. Start Time: 4:30pm (weather & daylight pending) HERO Private Program: HERO POWER LACROSSE HERO POWER LACROSSE (LAX) Ready positions, stick handling, catching, throwing, learning the field, all positions, shooting, saving, grounding. We focus on supporting the development of gross motor skills through learning sports fundamentals including: ready positions, dribbling, shooting, receiving, scoring, bumps, long jumps, and full HERO teamwork games to help build your child's self-confidence & gain a love for a variety sports! Each session includes fun, sport designed obstacle courses and we will finish up with our special awards ceremony! We look forward to having your kiddo join us! We not only teach sports fundamentals, sportsmanship & how to become a team player, we also teach the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. It’s our goal to help children form positive habits that they will carry with them throughout their lives. Want to set up your own private program?
