Never Be Afraid 5k

We are dedicating this 5K to a woman who has impacted so many of our lives. Antoinette “Nea” Castillo is a mother of two beautiful children who has always had a passion for fitness, specifically running. She is an avid runner and is also a member of West Haven CrossFit. 

On the evening of Sunday, September 4th Nea was in a terrible accident. While riding her bicycle she was struck by a car and sent to the ICU with multiple injuries to the brain. Since this event Antoinette has showed us how incredibly strong she is as she continues to improve little by little each day in her fight for her life. Nea has a very long road of recovery.

This 5K is our way as a community to help support her in this life long journey of recovery. All the proceeds from this 5K fundraiser go directly to Antoinette and her recovery.
