Description

The Panama City Beach Fishing Rodeo has added a 5K and Fun Run to their activities, thankfully to our sponsor, visitpanamacitybeach.com.  The 5K will begin at Captain Anderson's marina and will run through two of PCB's finest neighborhoods, Finisterre and Martinque.  The course is not only beautiful, but also flat.  For those that are competitive, this is an opportunity for a PR.  If not, enjoy a run, jog or leisurely, gorgeous walk.

There is a one mile Fun Run for the kids, that will follow the 5K, free of charge.  Following the kid's Fun Run, stay for the kid's fishing clinic and other fun events.

All proceeds will benefit the Gulf Coast Children's Advocacy!

Free parking at the marina

Packet pickup for the 5K will be at Captain Anderson's marina in front of the ticket office on Friday, Sept. 30th from 5-7 p.m.  Packet pickup will also be available the day of the race, October 1st from 6:30 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.

5K race time is 8:00 a.m.; Fun Run 9:15 a.m.

The Fun Run for the kids is FREE of charge but does not include a shirt.  Following the kid's fun run, there will be a kid's fishing clinic, food and other fun activities.
