Hot, hip and fun is how describe the desert oasis of Palm Springs.
This USA Track and Field certified 10K and 5K event has caught the attention of serious runners and nationally recognized health and wellness speakers.
The Expo has grown substantially since its inception and now has over 100 vendors showcasing the latest in nutrition and exercise techniques, NBC Palm Springs Food Challenge, LifeStream Blood Bank Drive, Playworks Game On - Tag Zone, rock climbing wall, walk on water and Flowbox aerial performers.
Not only is the event a way for health conscious individuals and families to come together, but it has now become a major fundraiser. Its beneficiaries: Desert Healthcare District and Foundation, Palm Springs Unified School District and United Way of the Desert continue to get increases in the level of donation year-over-year.
Event is 8:00-1:00PM, Registration on day of begins at 7:00 AM,
Unlimited Free Parking. Palm Springs is cool in the morning and heats up to about 75 that time of year by 12N.
